HP CQ58 HOTKEYS PROBLEM
to fix this problem you have to download the latest BIOS update ver
1- download BIOS update for hp cq58-301ee
from this link
2-install BIOS update on your PC
3- after installation restart your PC and wait till your computer open your windows system
DONT SHUTDOWN YOUR COMPUTER DURING RESTART YOUR PC
4- test your hotkey it will works well
